A Message to My Listeners: I Have Left KMUZ
After more than a decade of creating community radio in the Mid-Willamette Valley, it’s time to share an important update: I have officially left KMUZ.
This was not a decision I took lightly. My shows have lived on KMUZ for 11+ years — Force of Fury, Real Estate Matters, Savage Circuitry, and many special projects along the way. I’m proud of everything we built together.
However, recent events made it clear that continuing there was no longer sustainable. Instead of focusing on creating great content, I found myself dealing with unilateral decisions, sudden changes, and a lack of due process or respect around my programs. Ultimately, I had to choose stability, transparency, and creative freedom — the very things that allow good radio to thrive.
Why Some Links May No Longer Work
If you browse older blog posts, you may notice that some KMUZ links no longer function or lead to missing pages.
That’s because KMUZ removed my posted shows from their system, including archive pages that were previously public. I don’t control those pages anymore, so older episode links may appear broken.
I’ll leave those posts up for transparency, but please know:
If a link is dead, it’s because KMUZ deleted the audio, not because of anything on my side.
What Happens Next
The best part of this news?
All of my shows — old and new — will now be produced and published independently right here.
Going forward, you’ll find:
🎧 Force of Fury (weekly metal show)
🎧 Savage Circuitry (EDM & rave energy)
🎙 Real Estate Matters (local + national market insight)
🎙 Win/Win (conflict resolution + problem-solving)
…and anything new I create under Blackhole Studio 31.
No restrictions.
No sudden schedule changes.
No censorship.
Just the work — directly from me to you.
Thank You
If you’ve listened to even a single episode over the last decade, thank you.
Your messages, support, and passion for independent radio are what made it all worthwhile.
This next chapter is a chance to build something stronger, more stable, and more connected to the community — without gatekeepers or surprises.
Let’s keep building.
